File Rules Explorer:
search for files
How to make a search:
Once you have accessed the File Rules Searcher, you can look for
any stored file just typing a keyword.

After you enter the text to be searched, File Rules detects
every single file containing the keywords or a theme associated to the entered
text and displays such files on the right side of the screen. You can open the
files directly by clicking on them from inside the searcher. Then
you can filter the founded files by type of file or
multiselect keywords to find files within the results containing the selected
keywords.
Create and Manage Categories:

In the Folders flap, you can add and edit views, categories,
subcategories, and you can also allot them
to the keywords you wish.
Explore Different Views:
In File Rules Explorer you can see the structure created through
different views and you can perform manual searches using multidimensional
graphics that are completely configurable by the user.
When clicking on the categories, keywords, or files; the
structure opens, displaying the relations of the selected item.
